The National Center for Food Protection and Defense (NCFPD) submitted comments to the FDA regarding its Proposed Rule for protecting food from intentional adulteration. NCFPD advocates for a more effective systems-based approach to prevention and encourages the FDA to include in the Rule protections against food fraud and crimes by disgruntled employees.
