NEWS RELEASE: Food Defense Center Comments on FDA’s FSMA Proposed Rule To Protect Food Against Intentional Adulteration

The National Center for Food Protection and Defense (NCFPD) submitted comments to the FDA regarding its Proposed Rule for protecting food from intentional adulteration. NCFPD advocates for a more effective systems-based approach to prevention and encourages the FDA to include in the Rule protections against food fraud and crimes by disgruntled employees.
